Browsing and using this Website (by all users) shall be subject to the following General conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “General conditions”) – and to all applicable laws.
Anyone using or browsing the Website agrees to the application of and accepts the following General conditions as binding and undertakes to use this Website in accordance with the provision of this document, and to not directly or indirectly carry out unlawful activities or any other activity that is forbidden by law or contrary to the interests of Lifelike, or that could damage, even indirectly, Lifelike.
Users who do not accept the conditions hereunder in full cannot use the Website without Lifelike’s consent and cannot view or use any information, services or content of the Website.
Lifelike reserves the right to modify the General conditions at any time. These modifications come into force on the date of their publication.
For Lifelike’s customers, the use of the Website pages dedicated to them and the use of the VPL service data and information is also governed by the General conditions of the contract for the provision of the VPL service.
3.- Information and Website availability
Information is provided on the VPL service on the Website, which is the authorised sales channel for the promotion of and subscription to the VPL service online.
Lifelike intends to provide uninterrupted availability of the Website in safe conditions, with a reasonable (from a professional point of view) level of expertise and accuracy but reserves full discretion and decision-making powers regarding the actual availability of the Website. For this reason, Lifelike cannot provide guarantees on this subject.
The availability of and access to the Website and related services may also be suspended, limited or blocked at the sole discretion of Lifelike, or for the purposes of allowing remedial or maintenance actions and/or the introduction of new services and/or functionalities.
Lifelike reservices the right to suspend the availability of the Website definitively for any motive without having to notify the public and/or its customers beforehand.

The users can freely browse the Website and use its functionalities exclusively for personal or informative purposes in order to assess the use of the VPL service.
Users may print or copy the Website pages as a whole only, without carrying out any modifications, only for personal use or to show the Website pages to third parties, clearly mentioning that these are pages from the Website and only for activities and purposes that are not in conflict or competition with the activities of Lifelike.
